LO 2: audience profile

I think people of lower social grade would not like this because they tend to play more games like call of duty because they tend to be more of a shooter game as they don't take up much time. As boys play more games then girls the game would have more forced on a male audience. They lowest age would be 3+ and this is because that would be the age rating of the game. The age rang would be about 16 - 38.

LO 1: Level

The player must discover their vampire powers and go throw the different aspect of game play. I would not go throw thing different thing look here and here or how to make the character move. (I think every ones knows that) The obstacles that will hinder the play are thing like locked doors, thing that you will have to use your vampire abilities to get past and there would be enemies.  Things you will be able to interactive with are thing like doors, windows, computers lock picks, keycards and guns.

LO 1: Protagonist

The protagonist would be someone who goes travailing in an unspecified region of the world. I would make it an unspecified region so that it can have a bigger appeal to the audience because then it could be where they live. The protagonist would be in some type of pub, club or bar. Get picked up by a man or woman. You end up in a dark alleyway and the person  attacks you he/she is a vampire and by  chance you are saved by a vampire hunter who is then killed by the vampire progeny. The tutorial start from there.

The protagonist is a blank plate that you put a personality you can be a blood lust vampire or try and hold on to you humanity.

LO 1: game concepts

All of my game concepts have a the same idea of being ultra-realistic. (The devil is in the detail) There would be a story but it would be based on game-play. Like X-Com enemies unknown/with in.

1)  A game that I have always wanted to play but has never been made is an mix of other games but based on the idea of making your own vampire clan that stretches over hundreds of years. My idea was that the game can be started in one of many different decades with different events and aspects of play changed for each decade. The ones I would have liked to be in the game are medieval, 1700, old west, 1940, just after the cold war and Modern day. I choose they time because of the different types of technology(self explanatory), the impact of religion (this was more to do with the different themes that would arise with each decade and the impact of religion on peoples out look on life), law(so the more to present day you are the more your action will be notice if not careful so the police will be able to track you better), society (this is to do with how the in game worlds works I will go in to more detail latter), Beliefs (this idea came from watching a documentary on vampire as most people in medieval time thought that vampire where real so thing you do will be attributed to a vampires doing but the closer you get to modern day the more science over tucks religion so people would stop believing in vampires. But your actions in the past may change this). One of my ideas it that say if you playing the game in medieval times you can go from village to village killing people for there blood but if you did the same thing in modern day then there would be a police trail following you around. So if the police would start to try and track you down then this would get the attentions of vampire hunters so they would more frequent in finding you but if you did go on an rampage then the hunter would know that there is a vampire about go looking for you until you get away and they lose your trail or you could go out and find the group of hunters and kill them all. The more action like this will put you infamy and notoriety up so better hunter would track you down or bigger groups of hunters would come looking for you. The more  infamy and notoriety you get the more respected/fear you will gain from other vampire and vampire hunters. The higher you infamy the more other vampire will no not to mess with you and it may make weaker vampire hunter think twice before trying to cut off you head. There can be an other affect that bigger and strong vampire hunters will what to face off to the big bad vampire. The higher your notoriety the the that vampire hunter will frequent you hunting ground if you stay in one place for to long. For instance if you kill or kidnap lots of people in one area the police will bump up patrols in that area or start an investigatory in to the missing persons and if they find out it was you they may start a man hunt.

2) The other idea I had was a cowboy game like red dead redemption. But my game would be based on the game-play rather then the story. You can become a hunter, bounty hunter, bandit, leader of a bandit gang, bank guard, bank robber, deputy, sheriff, marshal, owner of a ranch, shop/business  owner, hired gun, miner. There would a legend system in place that would grow with you actions. You would be able to to make you own custom gun, cloths and other things to accompany to legendary status. For example like in the film The Good The Bad And The Ugly Clint Eastwood character Blondie/Man with no name has a golden dragon on the handle of his revolver. The other aspect would work in the same why.

3) The last game idea I had was you had to make your own crime empire. It wold have a lot of inspiration from films like Scareface, The Godfather and TV shows like Braking bad. A Game that it would play like are the The Godfather games. You would stat off as a nobody who can choose to make there mark in different ways such as doing work for a pre existing gang or by taking out other small time gangster like what you are. You will start off making no money but by the end of the game you can be come a millionaire.
